St. Thomas More University Parish is located on Thurstin Avenue on
the west side of the BGSU campus, directly across from the McDonald
Quadrangle Dorms. On the weekends you may park in BGSU Lot 3 located
across the street or use the gravel parking lot in front of the church.
A permit is required for overnight parking.

Church
All of the daily and weekend Liturgies are held in the main Church.
Over the past several years there have been additions in and around the
main body of the church. On the west end of the church there are two
statues, one of Mary holding the Christ child and the other Joseph
holding his carpentry tools, along with votive candles.

Fireside Lounge
Fireside Lounge was completely redone this summer. Carpet was installed
and new furniture blankets the room. Fireside Lounge is part of the
Newman Center here at St. Thomas More. It is a great place to come
relax with friends and fellow parishioners, play some billiards, board
games, cards or catch a movie on the big screen. Come on in and enjoy
some of the comforts of home.

Antioch Library
The Antioch Library changed a little over the summer. New books have
arrived and can be signed out and returned when finished. The library
has study tables, comfortable furniture for reading, as well as a
computer to work on papers or check e-mail. The Antioch Library is a
quiet place to study or just read a book.

Antioch Dining Room
The Antioch Dining Room, located next to the library, was completely
changed over the summer. The old carpet was ripped out and a new tile
floor was installed. New chairs were also brought in. Antioch Dinning
Room has a nice sized kitchen attached to it and with seating for up to
28, it makes a great place to have larger meals.

Courtyard
The Courtyard is located down the walkway towards the main church. This
is a great place to relax during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
There are tables and chairs, a bench swing, and a little waterfall
flowing in to a pond with fish. Enjoy being outside during the nice
weather.

Seton Hall
Seton Hall is located across the courtyard from the church. It is a gym
(with basketball net) that doubles as a banquet hall for larger events.
It can seat 120+/- with round tables or 175+/- with rectangular tables.
During the school year you will find the spaghetti dinner Sunday
evenings after the 5 p.m. Mass along with swing dancing and an
abundance of other fun events and activities.

Rental of Parish Facilities: The policy of St. Thomas More
University Parish is to make our facilities available to parishioners,
the university, and community organizations. A $50 deposit is required
to hold the facility; this deposit will be held until all terms of the
contract are met. Stop by the parish office or call us at (419)352-7555
for more details or to pick up an application to rent space.
