Welcome to St. Thomas More University Parish's Newman Apartments!
These apartments are provided to BGSU Students as one way to fulfill
our ongoing vision of our commitment to BGSU Students. The apartments

Bedrooms
The apartments are furnished with: 2 Beds, 2 Desks and chairs, 2 Closets, and 4 Shelves.
All Utilities are included PLUS Free Cable!
Room Dimensions: 17.5'x17'x8'
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are connected with the apartment next door. All apartments are set up as this suite model.
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, vanity & sink, and 4 towel racks
Bathroom Dimensions: 8'x5.5'x8'
Kitchen
The newly remodeled kitchen is shared by all the residents in a common
cooking area. Last year the Newman kitchen was completely gutted and
remodeled with new hardwood floors, cabinets, appliances, table &
chairs and lounging furniture.
PLEASE NO KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN APARTMENTS! (except mini-refrigerators).

Laundry
Laundry facilities are located on the premises. We modified apartment #8 into a laundry room.
There are 2 washers and 2 dryers - coin operated $1.00 per load per machine.
Also in the laundry room is an ironing board with iron and vacuum cleaners that are shared by all the residents.
