The apartments are furnished with: 2 Beds, 2 Desks and chairs, 2
Closets, and 4 Shelves.
All Utilities are included PLUS Free Cable!

Bathrooms
The bathrooms are connected with the apartment next door. All
apartments are set up as this suite model.
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, vanity & sink, and 4 towel
racks

These apartments are provided to BGSU
Students as one way to fulfill
our ongoing vision of our commitment to BGSU Students. The apartments
are setup to nurture a community of students! We are booked up for
the 2010-11 academic year. For more information, please contact the

  Kitchen
The newly remodeled kitchen is shared by all the residents in a common
cooking area. Last year the Newman kitchen was completely gutted and
remodeled with new hardwood floors, cabinets, appliances, table &
chairs and lounging furniture.
PLEASE NO KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN APARTMENTS! (except
mini-refrigerators).
Laundry
Laundry facilities are located on the premises. We modified apartment
#8 into a laundry room.
There are 2 washers and 2 dryers - coin operated $1.00 per load per
machine.
Also in the laundry room is an ironing board with iron and vacuum
cleaners that are shared by all the residents.
