The next BGK Retreat will be held in the Fall of 2010.
We invite you to take a weekend away from the stress and busyness of
college life to find peace in a growing relationship with God and
support in Christian community.
"Koinonia" is the Greek word for "Community," a concept that was very
evident in the faith of the early Church. The term "Koinonia" reflects
the Church's history, fellowship, and support for its members.
The Koinonia retreat weekend is an experience in Christian community
based on the Paschal mystery of the Lord Jesus: His Life, Death, and
Resurrection.
The retreat consists of talks, discussions, reflections, prayer, and
celebrations of the Sacraments of Penance and Eucharist, which require
active participation. Though the Retreat is offered from a Catholic
perspective, non-Catholics are welcome to attend.
Reservations are limited to 40 people.
Click on the "Register Now" button to the left to register for the next BGK Retreat.
After
you submit the registration form, please return to this page to make
your payment through PayPal. If you choose to pay online with your
checking account or credit card, the retreat cost increases slightly to
$36.35. This covers the small fee we are charged by PayPal for
electronic transactions. Alternatively, you may make a check for $35.00
payable to St. Thomas More and submit it to the parish office (425
Thurstin Ave., Bowling Green, OH, 43402).
Please see St. Thomas More office if you are unable to make this
payment. No one is ever turned away from Koinonia because of inability
to pay!
